General information, not advice

Pace & Pavement publishes general information about running shoes, running gear and beginner training plans. It is not medical, physical-therapy, podiatry or coaching advice for your specific situation. Running carries a risk of injury. If you have pain, an injury or a health condition, or you are new to exercise, talk to a qualified clinician before starting a plan or changing your shoes. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for any product you buy.

Accuracy and changes

We work hard to keep specifications, model names and versions accurate, and every figure links to its source. Manufacturers update models and specs often, though, and we can make mistakes. Check the retailer or maker before you buy. If you spot an error, tell us and we'll correct it.

Prices, availability and purchases

Prices and availability are set by the retailer and change often, which is why we don't print them. When you click a buy button you leave our site; any purchase is between you and that retailer, under its terms, shipping and return policies. We don't sell products and can't help with orders.
